ProteoToul is proud to install the brand new Thermo Scientific™ Orbitrap™ Astral™ Zoom Mass Spectrometer in its premises! Faster, deeper proteome coverage with higher sensitivity, up to 300 samples/day, new acquisition modes (hybrid DIA and TMT HR), and expanded capabilities for single-cell proteomics, immunopeptidomics and spatial proteomics. Exciting times ahead for our users and collaborators. Thanks to the Région Occitanie PRIO program and to France 2030 equipment program for funding.
