ProteoToul joins the ProtAIomics European doctoral network (2026-2029)

ProtAIomics (protaiomics.eu) gathers 15 partners across Europe to train 16 doctoral candidates at the interface of artificial intelligence (AI) and mass spectrometry proteomics. The objective is to advance computational proteomics by integrating AI methods into proteomics pipelines from data acquisition to functional data analysis.

One doctoral candidate will be recruited at ProteoToul to work on developping next-generation intelligent mass spectrometry acquisition strategies by combining real-time instrument control with AI-based decision-making.
